I was asked to write a few words extolling my experiences coming to your shop. It's really an easy thing to do as you are a down to earth and honest owner of a mechanic's business that doesn't always get the credit they deserve.
When I lived in New Castle County, I went to the same privately owned mechanic shop for 22 years and they had the same philosophy that you do and that is customer service and customer satisfaction.
Even though we live in Seaford now rather than Smyrna, I still will continue to bring my car/cars to you because of the trust that you have shown me as you don't try to sell me anything that the car doesn't need. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and commitment to customer service and will show it by being a loyal customer.
It is rare to find an owner that actually cares about his customers and I am so happy that I found you. I know you are in business to make money but you definitely are someone that is not out to "take" his customers for anything and everything to make a quick buck.

I've been a customer now for at lest the last ten years. Personal and professional service is why I keep coming back.
I was just back in your store for some Muffler work on my 2000 BMW 528IT. I would just like to say how great the service was and the advise I received. I wanted a upgrade from the stock muffler, more performance.
Chirs said let us take a look. They got it up on the lift talked it over. They brought me out in the shop told me my choices, pros and Con.
They installed the muffler in a short amount of time with a high level of quality. When it was all done Chris told me drive for a day or so and let us know how it is, if I wanted to remove the other muffler they could do it no problem.
I drove it for a day and didn't care for it.
I called Chris and said can we remove the other muffler. Chris replied sure Bring it in will take care of it. And once again they did an outstanding job.
I just wish I could get the same level of work done where ever I go. That's why I send anybody looking to have quality work done I send them to Scotti's, great work good price quick service. Way to go.
